To schedule an individual, couples, or marriage therapy appointment or to obtain additional information about any of these counseling services, there are 3 ways to contact me.

1) Call the office directly at 541-472-8222. It is MUCH faster to email me though as i am not in the office often, and very limited time to return calls.

3) fill out the appointment request form on this website. If you are wanting to bill an insurance company , please include the name of the insurance company in your message. Very important!
