Having practiced in Grants Pass, Oregon since 1998 (licensed in 1999) I have enjoyed meeting a wide range of people. I do not have a judgmental approach, but rather a genuine interest and desire to be helpful. I have experience working with professionals such as law enforcement, clergy, and physicians, as well as people who are unemployed/underemployed. I take most insurance, am a preferred provider with most insurance companies, and for people who do not have insurance, i have a generous sliding scale fee. New people can often be seen within a week of calling for a first time appointment.

I do not do hypnosis, do not give medical advice, and all conversations are private and strictly confidential. William Powell is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, licensed by the State of Oregon, and he provides individual and couple counseling to adults, seniors, and couples in the City of Grants Pass.
